What’s Ur Favorite style of house music?

I’m into electro, minimal and progressive.

deep jacking house is my personal favourite, followed by vocal.

in fact pretty much all house gets me going, except MOS and electro.

im probably going to annoy people with this comment, but i think ‘electro house’ is the red headed step child of house. as such it, and all of its friends, deserve to be punished. or abused.

french filtered house has to be the best . daft punk (human after all omitted), cassius, galleon, etc… had a good thing going with their solid beats and playful melodies. have to say i’m getting pretty tired of the whole "electro" genre. it all sounds the same to me. at least before then artists strived to create their own vision. and yes, i know that the bands i’ve listed all work off of heavy sampling. but the difference being that for the most part they all had their own styles, and they really worked hard to turn something old to something new. anyone who has ever sampled successfully can tell you that it isn’t as easy as some would think.

I am a big fan of Electro and Progressive house, but I will play anything that makes me want to move. Having music with a genre label is meaningless to me, its all about it that particular track is good. There are plenty of good songs in most forms of electronic music, but there is also a lot of crappy ones. So it definitely is song particular to me.

i like most house to be honest, electro, funky, minimal, fidget house! if a track is good its good, theres crap tracks and good tracks in all genres i guess. :S

Electro and Tech for me. I also like any progressive house that teeters on the boarder of trance.
