Upload Acapellas

First of all we’re delighted that you wish to upload some fresh, new acapellas but would you please take a few minutes just to read this page, digest what we’re saying and then, once you’re ready, reach for the confirmation at the bottom of the page. You’re ready to roll!

1. Upload acapellas & dj-tools we don’t already have in our collection. Make sure you search before you upload. You can do so by either browsing the list or using our new acapella search system.

   DO NOT upload files we already have, it’s not cool, won’t be tolerated and you’ll be removed from the system. Don’t be lazy, carry out a few searches first and if in doubt, leave it out as in don’t upload it!!

2. We ONLY accept mp3 files of 192 kbps and above. DO NOT waste your time uploading anything other than this as you’ll be banned from using the system and whatever crap you thought you were uploading will be automatically rejected.
3. Currently we only allow for just one featured artist to be referenced in an acapella so please make sure you ONLY add one within the ‘Featuring’ field.
4. DO NOT include any characters whatsoever in the three text fields. We *ONLY want letters and numbers.
5. Artists names such as ‘eazy e’ or ‘sah b’ MUST be renamed to eazy-e or sah-b. *This is the only exception where you can use a character.

1. Click the ‘Browse’ button and find the acapella you wish to upload from your PC/MAC.
2. Complete the 3 text boxes as accurately as you can. They are:Artist, Track title & Featuring

   DO NOT include words such as acapella, studio, diy or any other type of file type in the 3 boxes mentioned above.

3. Choose the most appropriate type of acapella from the dropdown box. This defaults to ‘Acapella’ for every file but other options include are ‘Studio’, ‘DIY’, ‘Better Quality’.
4. If it’s a diy/cpu, choose ‘DIY’ from the dropdown box. Our system automatically inserts YOUR forum name.
5. If the file isn’t English, please choose ‘Foreign’ from the dropdown box.
6. If you are replacing an incomplete file with a complete versions simply choose ‘Complete’ from the dropdown box.
7. If you are replacing a poor quality file with a better quality, please choose ‘Better Quality’ from the dropdown box.
8. If the acapella contains swear words then please choose ‘Dirty’ from the dropdown box. If it’s a clean (non-swearing) version, please choose ‘Clean’ from the dropdown box.

1. You can upload a maximum of five files at a time. Just click the ‘Browse’ button to add more fields.

Well, apart from knowing you’re directly supporting ACAPELLAS4U by adding more resources for our members, you’ll also receive credits for the all the good acapella & dj-tools you upload.
