JaggedGParticipantThis is a solid track, you clearly demonstrate your ability to skillfully handle and move around your music in a consistent way. My only warning is to be careful about becoming generic. It’s like your bass and drum lines are solid, your samples are skillfully added into the mix, but now what? You did some cool stuff with the vocals towards the end of the track, which did a good job of pulling the track back to my attention, but I wasn’t quite sure what the hook was. Then again, if you’re just playing around and not trying to make the club hit of the year or whatever, I guess you don’t really need to worry about that, haha. There’s clearly enough skill involved in making this track that I might not be in any position to give you advice anyway

Overall, I’d rate this track at 600mL of l33tsauce.

Haha thanx heaps for that, well it was my first effort at creating a mash, so hopefully I can only get better from here.

JaggedGParticipantFor sure. I’ll keep an eye out for more of your stuff. To be honest, I’m not a huge Bodyrox fan, so it’ll be cool to see if you come up with something that I might have a better predisposition towards, haha.
If this is your first time with one of these, it’s totally fair that you aren’t messing around with stuff to come up with a hook– I was just talking about that in . But yeah, keep it up. I’ve definitely heard worse mixes in my day, and like you said, nowhere to go but up.[/url]
