In answer to your question, I do not know much about the South African music scene. You should fill us in on it, maybe write a paragraph on it.

South Africa is brilliant!
i live(d) in kenya which isn’t too far from s.a and had a whole bunch of mates there but mainly lived in the kwa zulu natal area (eastern province). The music scene there is so varied in the main areas (johannesburg, cape town, even Pretoria)…
i only ever go back there now on hockey tours, one thing i remember is the fact that on a sunday that’s when everyone’s out on the piss/dancing like monday morning wasn’t round the corner…

Sorry bout the bumping…Yo well S.A si coming around rote now.Hip hop is kinda huge with groups like Tumi & the volume & skwatta kamp etc,but i’m more of a producer of house music & breakbeats & something a little different I don’t know if there is a category for it…I guess it’s trip hop.lol.But yeah S.A is hot especially concerning house music.Smokin!!I was just really interested in hearing wat peeps had to say…oh yeah juggernaut kwazulu-natal is a province on its own & far away from the eastern cape…lol.Just thought I’d clear that up.Answer to Jay west’s quest.I’m situated in Port Elizabeth (eastern province) I’m not involved in the music business as yet.I work on my music at home & myself & a friend are trying to reform a band again(heavy metal is also a passion)…breaking in2 the music scene in S.A especially in the scenes i’m tryin’ to break in2 is tuff really tuff but i’m sure it’s gonna be worth it!!…
Anymore questions & I mean anything just post & I’ll answer.I’m outie!!
