I tried tracking it down but have no idea, i would like to use it myself.

I feel like an idiot now! I looked at this song and dismissed it!
The correct name is – A Roller Skating Jam Named "Saturdays"

After an intensive search all I could come up with was a mention in a tracklist here;

And also a hardcore version was made, at 1:37sec there is an almost clean sample indicating an acapella was used if it wasnt resung.
