As the title says, I am attempting to create my first DIY acapella. I finally found a song with an instrumental. Both found on youtube. Youtube isnt the greatest source, that i know, and for an amateur, what can I say?
Anyhow, the song im trying to rip is Hip Hop Saved My Life by Lupe Fiasco. I have already both the instrumental and original sound track. I have attempted to use WarBeat’s tutorial on googlevideos, to invert the instrumental and cancel out the instrumental in the original sound track, resulting in the vocals.
Sadly, the instrumental quality is far better than the music video quality :/ I tried to line the Peaks and Valley strings together, but it seems as though the audios on both are different.. perhaps a music video edit?
Ive been trying to move the Inverted Instrumental to get the canceled instrumentals going, but all efforts were proven worthless.
If anyone would like to help me out, i would highly appreciate it. If you request both tracks (original & instrumental) i would gladly post both of them up.

MAXMILLIONAIREParticipantunfortunately making a diy with 2 different sound types can be difficult and often produces very poor results. my advice to you is to try and find a better source for your instrumental and original.. having the same quality produces the best results.
