I take it there is no such thing
Use your ear dude!
To tune a kick drum to the key of your track, stick it up an octave and see if you can hear the note, shift it so its right, then put it back down the octave!
Pitch correction is no use on kick drums!
Tim.
The easiest way is to transpose the sample in your audio program. You dont really need a plugin to do it for you unless you plan to change other things about the sound of the drum sample. There are however many VSTs in different shapes & forms that will let you transpose notes. I use Live’s Simpler. You drop your sample in it allowing you to play the sample on your control keyboard or transpose it how you want to to make sure its on the right pitch to begin with.
What program are you using?
I’m using Cubase SX3
