Me personally… I remember when it was all about the DJ.. Not exclusives! But there’s a new generation of consumers out here now… They look at the track list and say.. OH I’VE HEARD ALL OF THIS.. and put the cd down! But can you blame them? There are so many SO CALLED DJ’s out that just put new music on the cd’s.. What are these youngsters to expect? lol… I mean can we at least get an ok flow? AT LEAST?!

I’m what you’d call a ‘new consumer’, I suppose. I look at all the ULTRA DANCE OMG CDs at the store and go "meh. have it all." I would certainly be very pleased to see some fresher material on the mixtapes that go around in stores and online, even if ‘fresher material’ is just new remixes of the same old stuff.

But if I may ask, how is this a game?

its infuriating when somebody looks at the tracklist and talks shit when they havent even heard the mix.. ive put out some great mixes but some assholes review them like exclusive tapes. they’re really missing out but never know it. my tapes are like movies.
