Hiya. Tell me if one was wanting to take a screen shot of a project they’re working on in one of thier audio programmes, how would you go about it. I do know it can be done but was just wondering what programme you’d need. Thanks

with windows, hit the print screen key, then open MS paint and paste, you might be able to do it into other programs, but i know it works in paint

It dosen’t work this way in 99% of my audio programmes. In fact it’s mainly on web pages that I can do the above with
If the software uses directx or OpenGL to render its video, it’s harder to capture. PrtScrn and Windows’ built-in capture capabilities have trouble picking it up, you may need to use a third-party program like to do it.
