Thanks. It sounds faster than it actually is because the Rihanna Vocals, when sped up, sound faster than they are. It’s really because the original track is so slow. I actually doubled the speed to 174bpm, which is pretty standard for hardcore.

Wow thanks, that’s very much appreciated.

If you’re curious, the lead was only 2 Nexus synths that I panned slightly left and slightly right and then compressed a LOT until they very slightly distorted so that they sounded harder. It saves having to layer more leads, because sometimes I’ll get a really good sounding lead sound with only 2 synths and adding more may spoil it so I prefer to use that method.
