I was going for a completely different lounge type feel for this one. So i didn’t want there to be any similarity to the original. The only thing i did do was keep the same melody type of the original guitar riff in the base and synth loops i used. If you listen to the original guitar lick and then listen to the first few minutes of my mix you will hear what i mean.
