DJ_BradyParticipantWhats peoples views on this? http://www.reversespeech.com Let me know what you think, ´´ If human speech is recorded and played backwards, mixed amongst the gibberish at regular intervals can be heard very clear statements. These statements usually appear in short sentence form and are nearly always related to the forward speech. It appears constantly throughout language, so much so in fact, that it is believed to be a natural part of our speech processes. ´´
Some of the examples look ok, I think its probably bullshit but tell me what you think. CheersAdSense 336x280February 1, 2005 at 5:16 pm #568498

junoParticipantI think he said that it happens in all languages. There might be something to understand about language through it but I dont think that it really means anything.
You can find patterns in about anything if you want to. If anyone’s ever seen “Pi” you know what I’m talking about. Mathematicians assign values to words in the Bible and try to use some kind of Fibonacci Sequence to discover hidden meanings or names.
I think this reverse speech thing is just syllables and sounds mixing together and you can hear some familiar words.

ProcleusParticipantThe concept is fascinating, and easily dismissed because anyone can say “what a stretch of the imagination”. But there’s something there, and the way they’re going to be taken seriously is recording a skeptic with better quality instruments and then finding messages together. The examples I’ve listened to so far are hot and cold. I wonder if I would have heard the reverse “message” differently if I wasn’t specifically looking for what was pre-stated …

DJ_BradyParticipantThought I´d post this link, theres more samples there, I think the reversed lyrics are exagerrated in some parts.
