SingingCraneParticipantHope I am posting this in the right place…the forum is a bit confusing for me atm until I get better acquainted.
I am currently writing a song that is Industrial in genre. I’m not making a request, rather I am looking for recommendations of acapellas in the list. I have done some looking through the list and forum boards myself, but after a while my eyes started to glaze over (since my familiarity of authors is very limited) so I figured I should ask for help.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of any acapellas or authors (hopefully non-diy) in the ac4u list that would be suitable for Industrial music?
Thanks in advance for any help!!

2GSParticipantIf you’re up for some genre fusion, there are a ton of great hip-hop ‘pellas that could fit in industrial mxes, particularly those by Twista (his rapid jackhammer flow fits with harder metal percussion and efficient grinding guitars) and Public Enemy (remember how they used to sample Slayer records).
The rock acapellas are harder to find. I found a legit pella from Korn here (Falling Away from Me, but it’s set to the left channel, so you would have to pan/edit the track in Soundforge or whatever).
nfortunately, I have yet to find actual industrial acapellas, and I typed in the names of every industrial artist I know (which I admit total to about 10). Basically, you might have to do some fusion. Otherwise good luck with your mix and good luck ‘pella searching.AdSense 336x280October 12, 2006 at 8:20 pm #600632
SingingCraneParticipantNot too particularly interested in using hip-hop pelleas, but thatnks anyway for the information! I’ll look into them and at least see if anything works.
