Too IntegratedParticipantNever tried it before, but I read some experiences on another forum. And as I’ve read, its not really that bad..
But still nothing will beat a sequencer (except for live play).. .

Too IntegratedParticipantjust try searching the net, or ask other mixers…
there are many sequencers for example:– FL Studio
– Cubase
– Pro Tools
– Logic
– Reasonand there’s more, just surf the net a lil’bit and try some trials, after a period of time you’ll discover which one suits you best…
Hope that helps…

DJ ValParticipantNothing wrong with Magix Music Maker. Take a listen to my fellow moderator Lexus remixes in the HipHop section, all his stuff is made using MMM. You can’t tell the difference if it were daone in MMM, Cubase or any other well known "upmarket" programme.

DylanbParticipantOH YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I started making beats on mtv music generator 2……Let me say it is sick!! I’m actually busy rewriting the songs into fruity loops rite now.I would say that it was definitely a great place to start with.I was & still am blown away by the high quality of the samples & the ease of use it is definitely worth while. It definitely has a old school electro vibe about it which I dig alot!! The songs that come along with it basically suck tho’ except for Gorillaz!! they could never suck even if they made tunez on a wire guitar & a old oil drum!!
