I just got another setup.. Mac OS 10.4.4, Logic 7.11
I’ve been using my MPC2000 for my drums and Im looking for something similar on the software side.. Anyone got any suggestions..
Someone suggested Guru.. anyone use it? Any other ones I should check out and how easy is it to use?

what do u mean for ur drums? to actually make the drumloop? i use FL
Jay West gave two very good examples. And as you have Logic, try out the EXS24 in Logic. The EXS24 is almost as good as it gets, if not the best, for Software Samplers.
wicked.. thanks for all the responses.. Im gonna give Guru a try.. I just need something that wont be CPU hungry as one of my setups is only running Audio Instruments.
check out Battery or BFD
I’ve seen BFD, but is that only used for Rock drums?
I might check out battery as well…
