ayo i got mad records and atleast 30 mixtapes of hot shit? anyone know how to get them on your comp? i bought dazzle connector but the dazzle program is whacked? anyone know of any other programs that work with dazzle or connector or any other ways to upload records or tapes to your comp? if anyone knows holla at me….thanks

There are loads of software packages out there that help you record your vinyl to your PC. I suppose the same software can be used for recording stuff from tapes.

Unfortunatly I don’t know of any packages that can do this quicker than recording one on one. Anyone else maybe ?

Any of the Sony Media Software programs (ACID, Vegas, Sound Forge) can record from any standard windows-recognized input. This does NOT include the Dazzle connectors, as these are seen as VIDEO capture devices more often than not, and not audio devices. If you’re on a budget, I suppose you could even use a freeware program like Audacity to record.

A cheap interface that I would recommend is the Edirol UA-1X – it’s 2 RCA IN/2RCA + Phones/Optical out, USB connected, self powered, good quality.
