how do you edit the automation for the filter etc?
how do you edit the automation for the filter etc?
I just press record button and while the beat is recording make the adjustment to whatever setting you want. Reason automaticcally records your action as long as record is on

Do as waterworka said, then select the NNXT track you have just edited, then go to the Piano Roll window (in the same window as the sequencer) and at the top you will see some ‘blue’ tabs and one of them will show only the ‘used’ automation for that instrument. Then, chosse a draw tool (pencil or line) and edit manually if you wish.
Remember, the NNXT only edits the Master Filter.
record it it’s simple
But in nnxt you have to route it’s internal filter to any of the modulation wheels while many parameters in NNXT can’t be automated separately only putting record and twisting it…you have to route the filter knob of it, to one of the mod wheels and then apply the filtering recording and twisting the mod wheel instead of the filter knob…
Pd:You route it on the left section of the nnxt…
yeah it’s true…i make that stuff that way sometimes but i don’t like the fact that the PCF doesn’t have a High pass mode..so i use the built in filter of the nnxt…
