ItstimefortParticipantAre these sites legit? They almost seem to good to be true. Many sites offering unlimited downloads for 10-20 bucks a month. Are these sites illegal?

djshadesukParticipantAs Bobby has said, yes they are. Well, most are… I have no doubt there will be a few sites offering the latest tracks and claim to be legit, all while having illegally sourced the tracks themselves!
If you want to be fairly certain of the legality of any service you sign up for perhaps a physical media based solution might be better… such as http://www.promoonly.com or http://www.cdpool.com (which has just incorporated )

ItstimefortParticipantThanks for the answers. If you guys have any info or experience on these sites it’s greatly appreciated b/c so far i like the songs they have.

Bottom line is I really don’t want to have to deal with legality issues with a site b/c they will have all my personal info, even though lawsuits to individual Dlers are slim to none I rather not take that chance.

DJ Bobby VParticipantI haven’t had any experience with the ones you mentioned…but I really don’t think you have anything to worry about legally.

ItstimefortParticipantI’ll look into it a bit further, would you reccomend any sites that offer a similar service (many dls per 1 monthly fee)? Promo only looks ok but doesn’t offer that much music for the price in regards to dance music. I can find most of that on itunes/beatport for nearly the same prices.

Do WorkParticipantDJCity.com is great in regards to new music acapellas instrumentals intro outros and clean versions. They also usually have 5 versions of the hit songs remixed. Not to mention Serato INformation already included!
I am looking for a place to get older classic songs and get them legally preferably from one of the sites that include one monthly fee and perhaps maybe even BPM info and serato cue points loaded if I can be spoiled!
