melodyne dna is meant to be going to beta quite soon.
and visualvox is out now for mac users

these bits of software appear to have the ability to isolate polyphonic material within a mix.

has anyone here had chance to try visualvox ? I don’t have an intel mac myself so i can’t.

combining these new tools with the current pella extraction methods (ie. centre channel extraction and kn0ck0ut) could well mean we can get a clear vocal out of anything! and quite easily

going to be getting back into the mashups when I get my hands on DNA methinks!

Geeze that sounds unreal mate, I have an intel mac but no way will i be able to afford that software unless its under Â£100 witch i very much doubt.

visualvox poly is only 25 euro
its still in a beta stage and apparently crashes a bit but worth checking out at that price.
