Hey, folks! Today I’ve decided to make a request on this forum. But I don’t want to create a lot of topics, because of that I will ask you guys about three samples at once. Ok, here we go.
1. I was listening to Scooter’s "No Fate (Full Lenght)" and noticed an interesting sample. It sounds like a female (?) vocal, which says something like "Who-o-ah…". You can hear this sample in the track clear at 0:40. Also you can hear it in the single version at 0:15.
2. Next, in this track again (Full Lenght) at 3:51 you can hear another female vocal sample (I think it was used in "Rebel Yell" too).
3. And the last one is here. I’m already quite tired of being searching a fx-sample.
In this selection you can hear a few tracks, namely:
1. David Tavare – Hot Summer Night (2008) – you can hear the sample at the beginning;
2. Halcyon441 – Aural Psynapse (2001) – it appears in the intro while the break sounds;
3. Deadmau5 – Aural Psynapse (2011) – it’s possible to hear it straigt before the first drop;
4. Scooter – The Night (2003) – sample appears at the end of the breakdown;
5. Scooter – Trip To Nowhere (2004) – mainly, it appears at the end of each bar (also it’s possible to hear it clear at the end of the track);
6. Scooter – Mesmerized (2005) – it’s hard to hear it, ’cause it sounds very quietly, but it appears when the kick enters.
This sample sounds like a rhythmically swinging noise. Please don’t say that it’s very easy to synthesize it myself. I’m sure that it’s a specific sample, and all artists took it from somewhere. Thus I concluded that this sample or a sample pack that contains it were released before 2001. And I noticed just one thing: I hear it in different tracks increasingly but I cannot find it! I’ve downloaded a lot of old Ueberschall and Zero-G’s libraries but that all was in vain.If you will help me to find at least one of these samples, I will be very grateful. Peace.
