It’s a pretty cool instrumental man, love those guitar bits! Pretty heavy on the sidechain I notice, suits it nicely. I also like the way you’ve chopped up the vocals and played with them, sounds pretty killer!
I think the only problem I have with it (and every other mix of this track I’ve heard) is that this isn’t a straight flowing 16ths and 8ths notes track. I’m not a musical guru by any means but rather than using 16ths or 8th notes you should be using tuplets between beats. Not that you HAVE to, as you’ve demonstrated here it sounds pretty ok how you’ve got it and you could use any combination of the above. It’s just that the way the ‘pella flows in it’s original musical form is in Tuplets. (check out my version in the commercial/pop area to see what I mean).
