DJ ValParticipantAs most of you probably know that I’m not the biggest fan of HipHop or R&B. Thought I’d let you guys no that I’ve just heard Nasty Girl by Nitty and I have to admit this guy has turned me
. So I’m sure you gonna be seeing me in the HipHop section more often
This track is what I’d go for in this genre. As I’ve NEVER listed to hiphop, can you guys tell me what other artists are similar to Nitty.
Cheers.Take care

squiffyParticipantNever heard Natty: but if you’re not into the gangsta rap thing, there’s Jurrassic 5, DJ Format or Ugly Duckling. Then you’ve got UK hip hop like Roots Manuva, the Nextmen and Mark B and Blade.
These guys are all essential listening for people who would like hip-hop if it wasn’t all about (being a / using your) dick. There’s even some of their pellas on this site.
Happy listening.

DJ LMA aka DJ LeethalParticipantMan I woulda probably never knew about that guy except my girl likes that song and everytime I hear it I go “Nooooooooo!” I can’t stand that song at all. For all y’all that don’t know if it, it’s a hip-hop remake of the song sugar-sugar. Damn, that song seriously gets on my nerves and that guy will never be taken as a serious rapper with a song like that.

DJ ValParticipantHow you doing Lee? Lee just shows that your girl and I have very good taste

DJ LMA aka DJ LeethalParticipantReally??? I hope you don’t say you like songs like, Break of Dawn by Michael Jackson and Rendevous by Basement Jaxx then. Those songs get talked about like the greatest songs of all time around here. lol

DJ ValParticipantLee, I’m pleased to say that MJ and BJaxx are two of my least favorite artists!! In fact I wouldn’t play them if they were the only two in my record collection
Take care

M.J! he’s an utter legend: regardless of his kiddy fiddling. A true pioneer.
Val, checked out any of those flip-floppers I said? Your opinion on those guys Leethal?
