Anyone else have trouble doing DMX mash ups? this guy might be the toughest rapper to do a remix of. To me his rhythm is kind of off.

He has that hardcore edge that I really like, but it hard to sync up stuff up with him.

using any type of software cubase,reason,acid,you can chop up the audio or in this case dmx vox to fit,,but I agree sometimes he jumps abit off the 4/4 path

yeah i agree , sometimes you have to chop up the vocals….but also you have to think about the artists you use cause certain artists or rappers in this case ride a beat eg. eminem , redman , jay z……so they are not going to be able to go on just any beat.

Hey Bro,

When I remix with DMX I tend to concentrate on getting the chorus section of his tune on point!!! usally when this happens the main sections follow suit and fall into place!! then you can chop and make the small adjustments needed to perfect the flow….
