i have bpm studio,i don’t use it much because i can’t monitor the other player.i’ve gone into the options section and enabled monitoring,did the soundcard check,i have the asio going(asio4all)when i click the monitor,the other player comes out the speakers,along with the one already playing.what am i missing?do i need a specific sound card?
i posted this in another forum,but did’nt quite get the info i was looking for.
so if you guy’s can help,it would be greatly appreciated.

if you get a PCMIA (i think) card, like Indigo DJ. it has two outputs, one for your speakers and the other to monitor in your headphones (or connect to an amp for your monitor speaker, or the speaker itself if it’s an active monitor).
In any case you need to have two different audio outputs from your ‘puter.
