– not allowed.
Your new so I would take some time to read the forum rules. Also once your 10 day waiting period is up I’m sure you will find what you are looking for.

Jesus_Is_Lord_4_everParticipanti agree with most of ya’ll….
think about it.
the artist and/or the record lable has the files.
it’s quite obivious cause they own that song, and that’s how you get them by going to the artist or record label, unless it’s posted up online.or, if you have a diy accapella or official acapella, try using the midi file of the beat.
i do.
the only aduio files i have is of my songs and a three songs of bt.
and as for other songs i only have the midi files and acapellas i found on this site.
and a few acapellas i extracted..
Most artsit don’t think of their song being remixed and they have files to it? lol
oh and if you have myspace.. maybe just maybe you might have the real artist and if you want to remix their songs.. well just keep your head up and ask them if they can send you their files (guitars, drums, acapella..etc)
and maybe just maybe they might.. not all artist are mean and have to much rules

paradoxauParticipant"rr maybe i’m missing something here but….
You guys do actually understand the concept of remixing right?
1) A label will approach a producer / DJ
2) The producer / DJ decides whether they want to take on the project
3) A deal is agreed between both parties
4) The producer / dj is sent all of the relevant multi-track stems & parts.
Have people forgotten that this is a legitimate industry and not only people in their bedrooms with a copy of Acid!"

ReplayR7Participantyou’re right paradox, and certainly it’s a hundred times easier to make a good remix out of the official stems, than trying to cut the original song and add own elements to it.

CpieceParticipantI’m new here and I’m kinda finding this site very confusing… and as a producer, time management is key so its hard to keep a good track’s idea while trying to find the acapella you wanted for the idea. I cant seem to find the acapella i need(Sam Smith_Money on my mind(2014)), even if i search… is there like a special page where i can find acapellas of commercial artist’s sorted in months of every year(depending on the year the original track was made)? like Sam Smith_money on my mind would be in "feb 2014" folder since the song is released then(eg.) and then nelly-Dillema would be in a folder "march 2006", thats more convenient as a producer/dj to remix latest tracks.

The best way I can see to see the last month’s acapella uploads is to go to Acapellas Menu…Acapella Search. Then leave the search field blank but set the date to within the last month to see all uploads from the last month.
I guess labelling each acapella with it’s release date would be quite an arduous task although not impossible if you had a database of tracks and release dates plus algorithm for identifying a song from the audio/filename.
