How can I upload an e-mail attachment?

Outlook – Saving Attachments

You should save your email attachments to hard disk before opening them because:
– you may have difficulties opening an attachment (wrong three letter
extension supplied by sender).
– it helps the anti-virus software check your file before opening.
– to reduce the impact on your quota.
– to allow your ‘attachments’ to be found by the Windows ‘Find File’ feature.

To save email attachments, this is what you do:

1. open the mail message using Outlook.
2. click on the ‘File’ menu and then ‘Save Attachments’ option.
3. take a mental note of where the file will be saved to and what the file name
is (you may change the folder and/or name at this stage).
4. click the ‘Save’ button.

Then just use the File Attachment feature Val.

p.s one assumes it’s Outlook Express that you are using?
