THE RULES:
This is a remix competition. You may create any type of dance related remix. You must create your remix from scratch – the only thing you are allowed to sample is the original song & the acapella that will be provided shortly. I urge everyone not to use many loops that you’ve downloaded but i’m not going to disallow loops in general. Make the track your own – disqualifications or vote deductions will be used if your track does not follow the guidelines of a remix or you have sampled something out of another track. basically, you should create this mix from raw material – dont find a full loop & use that for your entire track. besides that u r free 2 do as u want. questions??

All entries must be uploaded onto the site by attaching them to your post (using the File Attachment Mod). Read for details on how attachments work.

You will have [size size=150:2i2x1y1n][color color=red:2i2x1y1n]3[/color:2i2x1y1n][/size:2i2x1y1n] weeks to complete your track for the 1st Round. Judging for the 1st Round will be in two parts: everyone will have a number of votes to give out – contestant’s votes will count as 1 point each. Our judges, Acapella & Playmaker will also have a number of votes to give out – their vote’s will count as 5 points each. Tracks will be judged according to creativity, sound quality, arrangement/danceability, & (of course) how good it is/likeability.
