NEVER try to make a pella from two sources warped in Ableton!! the warping function totally messes with the waveforms.
You can calculate the bpm though then adjust in your sequencer so both line up.

i am trying to make an acaeplla of Zig & Zag – Them Girls Them Girls ([url:qkvsffpa]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zrQ8-U4UmOE[/url:qkvsffpa]) but having no luck, i have tried the Phaze cancellation Method & the Knockout method. no luck

the other day I got in contact with the original producers and they told me they no longer had an acapella version

i have read around on here but having no luck
are there any more options?

Haha, what a tune!
You will get best results with phase cancellation if you can source the original CD with the original and instrumental.
Ive never had any luck without this.

ive tried that. they are changing speeds all the time… the beat never goes away…

If the tempos of the original and instrumental don’t match you’ll need to beatmap them and get them running at the same speed before you can get anywhere. Phase inversion probably won’t work even when you get them lined up but Knockout might.
