Hiya. Please can someone tell me of a good, easy to use graphics programme . This will mainly be used to design cd covers, logos and generally “drawing” stuff . Oh and not too pricey.

You could try also ArcSoft PhotoStudio. It’s also a good program.

yeah, maybe you should try some trials to see with what program you feel more comfortable with (or the one that fits your needs), and then, when you have chosen one, buy it.

why don’t you try bootlegging it? There are at least a million bootlegged copies of Photoshop floating around the web.

Photoshop is about as good as it gets. That and Illustrator.

I originally asked a genuine question about a graphics programme. Please can you refrain from discussing me obtaining “bootlegs”/”illegals” etc. It is one of the site rules. Thank you for understanding.

Yeah, fireworks is good in terms of web application. If you were planning on printing, then photoshop’s definitely what you need.

Oh, and Val, I apologize. I completely misread your first post when you mentioned “not too pricey.” I wasn’t even referring to illegal copies or anything like that. I was replying based on other peoples comments about borrowing a copy from a friend, which I refer to as “bootlegging.” There ARE tons of copies out there that you can download and ARE actually clean, legal copies.
