davefjParticipantFinished another DnB tune today.
This one comes in 2 ways, with or without the vocal samples (as I realise they aren’t everyone’s cup of tea)This is kind of a reworking of "In The Ghetto" to an extent as the initial melody is pretty much the same. It was one of those moments when writting the track that I had 2 ideas for it so followed each through to the end – style wise there are some very obvious differences.
Have a listen and see what you think of the track(s)

davefjParticipantCheers for the kinda words.
I’ve figured out that the problem lies in the atmospherics and soft synth sounds as they’ve eaten up a lot of the space that the lead bass occupied and has thus dampend the sound too much.I’m looking in to the issue and will sort it out soon.
I figured this out from listening to "Flat Liner" and "In The Ghetto" (both have the same bass line/sounds) and "In the Ghetto" sounds heavier (even though I matched the settings in both arrangements).
I’ll let you know when I’ve tweeked this one

Dave
