Flash producers/tutorials/links

Im thinking after the 2 comps im in are done, I might take a bit of time to learn some Flash MX.
Its amazing the stuff you can do with it so I think I´ll give it a go and take a break from mixes for a lil while depending if I get good at it.
Anyone here produce flash?
