is there a way for me to use an fl automation clip as a controller in albino3, and if so how do i do it?
is there a way for me to use an fl automation clip as a controller in albino3, and if so how do i do it?
found out how to do it myself, so if anyone else needs to know here’s how. this will work for any VST
just click the arrow in the top left corner of the box and scroll down to either "last tweaked parameter" then u can link to a controller or create automation from there ( this way will apply the automation to whatever the last knob you moved on the generator was. or u can click Browse parameters which will open up all the availible controllable settings in the library on the right. if your using a decent VST however this list is likely to reveal a bazillion options so id advise the first method so you can use the VST GUI which is most likely alot easier
you can usually highlight the area in the song that you want to put the automation clip into. then go to the vsti and right click the setting you want to automate and choose create automation clip.

Yeah thats what i would do with the standard ‘Fruity’ ones, right click wouldnt do anything for me with other generators such as Z3ta+ and Albino 3 so i found the above method worked for everything.
