I really love this track, so I wanted to keep the disco-type feel it had, which is what the first mix is all about. The dub is way more electro, but I kept in some of the house feel with that break in the middle (the piano chords and finger snaps!). Enjoy. Comments/feedback are welcome. Thanks for listening.

I prefer the Dub mix. I like stuff that is a little harder.
Solid production on both though.

American Boy (Revive’s Transatlantic House Mix) – 7:15

Nicely done! I like the oldskool piano riff, IMO they still sound good. That synth/riff that starts out with the kick is bad ass.

What happened with the ethnic perc coming in at 1:44? I was expecting them to kick in after that, was it just a fill in? Im not a big fan of the synth sound coming in at 1:46. Its a great sound but i dont feel it mixes well with the other sounds, IMO.

All in all its put together very well. Im impressed with extra 3+ mins of length added without making the tune sound like its dragging on. Great remix.
