yes i know this is one of those songs that isnt very mix-able due to the chorus being so unique. so i started messing around yesterday and tried to do a remake of eminem’s beat. it turned out pretty good i guess so i decided to post it and see what you guys think.

its only 2 minutes and its mostly the instramental building up. the acapella drops VERY suddenly and uncomfortably. the reason is i just wanted to record the chorus and let you hear that and tell me if they go well. this is like a pre-mix clip.

give it a listen and tell me what you think.

It seems to fit, what are you planning to do with it? Your remade beat is pretty close to the original but not exactly, not bad.

That beat kicks ass. I like how you remade it. But I, too, think that you need to add more vocals. Maybe make it a little longer, and use more of the verses.

thanks guys. really apreciate the feedback.

i did it on fl5. i raised the piano a couple of octaves up so it wouldnt be EXACTLY the same. i thinnk i’ll finish it up see how it turns out. thanks again.

Please dont add more bass or something just finish it. Cause i love it. My first thing in the morning is to listen to the song 😛 and then again and again…its how i said . Mockinbird is one of my fav song right now cause it creates a undescribable mood.

That is very awesome. I like how you recreated the original beat. It might just be me, but it sounds a little off in the beginning until the chorus. It may just be my hearing. Nice work, though. Keep it up.
