I saw this mentioned on other forums too… Damn, I missed it over in Nantwich while seeing a few friends.

How long have you lived in Stoke-on-Trent then? Stoke-on-Trent has had mini-quakes for absolutely years, I remember one from quite a few years ago now… I was lying on my bed, doing my GCSE coursework (last minute of course!) when the whole bloody house started shaking! I nearly crapped myself!

had tornadoes already…one ripped a house to shreds in west london last year.

that earthquake was at a magnitude of 5.2 and it’s epicentre was in the lincolnshire area….biggest since 1984. and rather bizzare considering we’re not on any tectonic plate fold..?!

when i was in japan a huge quake occurred….scary stuff when it feels like the whole earth is moving!!
