its okay P, looks a little amateur tho,… the colours on pac need the contrast changing,.. i do like the font u used for the album title,… but i dont think the phenomenon lettering looks too hot,..
also i think u need to shrink down the parental advisory sticker,…
sorry to be critical, but im sure u would rather me say what i think needs doing?

yea i guess ur concept is okay, though have u thought about kinda layering his face into it somewhere?… just all u can see is the back of his head!!

think it needs a bit of work if u want it looking hot, but u have the basics there,

A lyke the font you used too but a dunno bout having it there, it doesn’t seem symetrical & itz makin me feel awkward if you know what a mean.
Maybie put in footstepz?
