livingactofgodParticipantI’ve looked for how to do it everywhere but yet i cannot find out how.
I do NOT have a instrumental of the song, so the inversion method wont work, nor can i find a karoke version, or a acapella version of the song im looking for… any help?

JuggernautParticipantI’d suggest you take out the parts of the track that have no vocals on them and try inverting with that. it’s likely you’ll get sucky results but that’s the only thing i can recommend that would even remotely work.
anywho, isn’t cool edit stopped now and Audition taken its place?
(i’m a mac user so excuse my ignorance and lack of looking in pc mags/sites anymore, i perv over mac and universal binary software only

JuggernautParticipantexperiment, take what people have said about other programs and see how you can tailor it to what you have available to you.
you’re hardly going to get the answer on a silver platter as there: a) isn’t a straight forward 100% easy to follow-fail-safe answer and b) you can’t really be given a silver platter thru the interwebz

Dj RyEParticipanttheres a way that can make your sounds sound like a acapella using cool edit 2.0, but you’ll need to drop an instrument on the that sound to get that feel… I’ll make a tutorial whenever i have the time.

sbongard15ParticipantGrab a program like Audacity with plug-ins made for that, export them as wavs or mp3s, and import them to Cool Edit…thats what Id do anyway
