There’s some good idea’s going on there…

I like the No Other Man Mix for the nice use of the funky guitar with the synth. It starts off sounding like its just going to be a bit of ‘ordinary’ funky house but then the synth starts and really grabs your attention. I wouldn’t have thought the two work but it does, its different and I like it!

You Can’t Handle Bootylicious has certainly got potential. I think it suffers from that absolutely awful beat which sounds like it was lifted from a "How to make a dance drum pattern" guide (kick-hat-kick/clap-hat repeat) it sounds far to sterile. Speaking of which a little reverb here and there wouldn’t go amiss to give it a little warmth.

Mix1 has got a nice little groove going to it, the nice drum pattern gives it a little bounce and instantly had me doing a little a wiggle to it! (not a pretty sight to be honest!! LOL). Even given the title it was a nice surprise to hear the use of the Britneys Toxic vocals, I like it because its not instantly obvious that they are whats going to be used.

I don’t know what to say about Princess and the Bad Man as it a style I don’t particularly like. Chill out/ambient has never really been my thing. Having said that it does seem to be what its supposed to be! Its all laid back, kinda floaty(! It makes sense to me!). Nothing really stands out too much which I guess is kinda probably the point.

Overall I like your tracks. Like you said they haven’t been mastered yet and it clearly shows but I don’t think it would take too much work to get them all sounding polished.

The ‘Aint no other man track’ is really nice.
Although it sounded like it was slightly off beat for just a second or so at about 14sec.
(Sorry, I notice these things!)
Really interesting mix of sounds tho that work very well together.

My t’internet is painfully slow today so only checked out the 1st one, may pop back
some time to check out the others.

Some interesting stuff there, will be good to hear them properly mastered. Really liked the Toxic track, although the kick was a little too harsh to begin with, IMHO
