DaveTParticipantI do have a clip of this taped from a DJ Hype Fantasy FM show back circa 1990 but i’d have to dig it out and encode it. I’ll do that if nobody can get it from the following though…
– Flanged drum loop that sounds a bit like thunder and some very Todd Terryesque snares bouncing about (Think Bango or Swan Lake)
– A few brass stabs dotted about
– A low male vocal repeating "Duh duh duh duh duh duh (up in key) duh duh (up in key again) duh – (The up in key reference is just to the scale being sung not lyrical content)
– Gruff female vocal singing, but almost shouting, "Get on your feet and dance to the feeling"
Could be an old Todd Terry jam possibly but I can’t find it.
Any takers?
