Can you make an acapella without the instrumental?

yeah you can from my experience but it doesn’t always work out the way you want. I start with low and high pass filters to start with and sometimes that may be enough. You can also try alil programe I use at times called voice trap.

There’s a song I just recently found and I’m looking around, trying to see if I can find the acapella, but since the song is rare enough as is, of course its not out there. I want to make the acapella myself but here’s some issues I have:

*I can’t sing
*There’s no instrumental of it
*And none of the DIY methods work on this track

If anyone has a method that they could suggest, please let me know. I’m still trying to do it myself, but yeah…still no go. Tried making an instrumental of it (which came out surprisingly great) then layering it with the original and inverting one of the tracks but that only seems to kill the kicks. Anyway, if anyone has some way of doing it, please let me know.
