Can Anyone Help Me Identify The Name Of The Beat In The Back

The clip you provided is ‘It Takes Scoop’ from the Crooklyn Clan. If you’re trying to identify the horn sample in the background while Fatman Scoop is yelling, I do not know the answer. I can only assume it’s from some old school funk or soul tune.

I first heard that sample in ‘Caught Up’ from Chubb Rock in the late 80s and, if I had to take a guess, I would say the Crooklyn Clan sampled from the Chubb Rock tune instead of the original artist and added the applause during production. ‘It Takes Scoop’ also samples ‘Treat ‘Em Right’ from Chubb Rock so it makes sense.
