After you install AllMyMusic for Mac on your computer, you are allowed to pre-set the location, format and other conditions for the recording files as you wish. First of all, launch the program and then click the "Preferences" from the menu bar. It will pop up a dialogue like this.
In the General panel, you can set the output location as you like or just keep it as default.
In the Format panel, there are MP3 and M4A two kind formats for you to choose for recording.Record MP3 audio on Mac
Click the "Record" button then you can go to the websites to play your favorite music, radios, courses and more as you like. The program will record all the audio you play automatically in MP3 format. To stop recording, click the "Record" button again.
Managed recorded files
All the recording files are save in the Library where you can see the detail information of each item. Moreover, click it you can edit the tags as you like. You can see there is a play icon in the interface, select a file and then click it, you will find it sounds the same with the original one you hear.
