I refer folk to our FAQ’s when I feel that the answer that they’re looking for IS within. Failing that we have the SEARCH facility on the forum. If I felt that this wasn’t the case then I’d personally answer.

Both answers to these questions CAN be plucked out from the FAQ’s – It explains the whole concept of the Direct Downloads AND the FTP Upload facility.

This is a good point ! This rule infact really relates to when we allowed the File Attachment feature within the REQUESTS forum. So as you can imagine our bandwidth / server space was being swalloed up with files already in the database – this RULE should & will be removed.

Not taken as a flame whatsoever – but you;ve said yourself you were confused, well members have been known in the past to flame cus they are/were confused.
