I use vocals with reason but I pre cut (and process, timestretch and so on) them in a audio editor (wavelab in my case) and then I load them into NN-XT. But has Jwonder said it’s easier to work with vocals in a DAW that has normal audio tracks.
I use adobe to bpm the full vocal.
Then cut it up into 8 bars with adobe
Load them up to the NNXT and then place them using the keyboard.
Some people use recycle to cut the vocals up, but adobe does me nicely.
its all about Reycle
thanks for the tips people, had a little go at timestretching in soundforge and then cutting in recyle then loaded into dr rex seams to run nicely…but will try some of the other tips when i return of my holiday this week!!! once again nice1
peace
