It sounds like 2 separate samples. The 1,2,3 samples sound like salt n peppa and the breakdown sample could be them too but I don’t know.

I have the sample but the one in the first clip has been re-edited to be the other way round.
I got it from a DJ Rectangle sample record so no idea where it originally came from.

Yeah deffo cut up from a couple of different tracks, Salt ‘n’ Pepa’s "Expression" being one of them and I don’t think the vocal is saying "Breakdown" – sounds more like "Hey Now" to me.
