"I Wanna Dance"

Well, this clip is from a track released way back in ’92 so there’s a fair chance the vocal it contains is even older! The vocal is fairly crucial to a remix I’m working on at the moment and without it the track sounds odd! I ‘spose I could go begging to the writer of the track I’m remixing (to be fair he seems like a nice sorta guy… he doesn’t issue "take-downs" of his work to YouTube!) but that will be a last resort.

Anyone who can succesfully identify the source of the vocal and the track the clip is from gets one of my downloads (You choose the ‘pella, I’ll send it to you!)

Thats a very good call Outerhear, it is however one I had already considered, and unfortunately its not right. The Bridget Grace vocal is ever so slightly different.

Below is a clip comparing the two. The first snippet is Dance in Eden and the second is Take Me Away (which has been pitched up a bit to roughly match Dance in Eden). As you can hear they are close but are definitely sung a little differently. It was a good guess though!

Anyone else got any ideas?
