Hi Y’all

I just wanna pick ya brains on an acappella issue.
I just downloaded one but in the back ground you can hear the tinnyness of the track still.
It Katy Perry’s Teanage Dream.
Does anyone know where i can get a clear cut copy?

I’m not sure what you’re planning on using the acapella for but a lot of times the "tinnyness" isn’t much of an issue.
I make mashups and use lots of vocals with this "tinnyness" but when they are put into the mix with other beats and melodies going on you cannot hear the tinnyness because it gets masked by the other sounds that are the same frequencies but are more prominent.

However, if you’re using the acapella on it’s own then sorry I’m not much help.

Yeah, what he said. If you can, you can try some noise removal, but I don’t know what your pella’s like so I don’t if it’ll work or if it’s even possible. But yeah, I’ve got loads of DIY acapellas that are tinny or dirty whatever, but it’s almost always masked by the other track so it’s not an issue.

Use the sonic foundry remove vocal … you will have good solutions man
