90s chill/ new age/ ambient????

hey yall

got this 90s chill/ new age/ ambient song stuck in my head that i really want to sample but cant find anywhere!

it was popular enough in the 90s to hit the charts. . . .

the intro is what i think is some flute and/or xylophone hits, then some some "hey, hey, hey" type vocals come in followed by what sounds like some Tibetan singing, choir like towards the end

kind of reminds me of enigma, but am pretty sure is not

if it helps i could attach a dodgy re-creation of the intro and post it?
