vice versesParticipanti can see where your coming from with this mix, and i understand your comments on my version.
but i dont think you captured the essence of the lyrics. i mean its only my opinion but id say its quite an introspective sad 2pac song and i dont think the onyx party track really compliments this or gives it the right feel.
however it does mix well, and i like the scratched chorus but its just i dont think the lyrics fit the feel of the beat.
as i say though its only my opinion

you see how you can change an entire track makeup by chopping the Chorus! I thought an Onyx track would be a good example as generally you would not put the two together!!! If I kept in the full Chorus of the Baby dont cry Pella there is no way that it would of mixed down with Onyx Slam……
I was still trying to keep the essence of the Lyrics! Its just a harder version than the original! (Thats my Opinion) Maybe take another listen… its more of of a Thugg mix…. I think that the original gets stuck in our brain and its difficult to take in a opposite remix…..
