Hiya. After so many years of bad luck and medical setbacks, I think my 1st CLUB gig is just around the corner.
I sent mix in as a demo mix cd. They are very interested what other types of house I play so i’m currently working on a tribal/progressive mix, a funky,chunky house mix and a mix of house mashups. I’m sure 4 mix cds will be enough.Please can I ask for feed back on the sound quality on all your different sound systems. If you saw what headphones I use and don’t have monitors connected to my pc I think you’d all freak out!!!

AdSense 336x280I’m just finishing listening to this mix, and it has given back some memories of the original songs I can just about remember being in the charts and a childrens ‘disco’s’ when I was about 8 or 9 years old. The mix sounds good and should bring the nostalgia out amongst the 30+ year olds.
I’m sure I heard a Quincey Jones track in there, and I remember the sound of Manfred Mann. Crikey, I sound like a 60 year old teacher.
It just goes to show how early an age I started listening to production, especially Q. Jones.Good mix Val.
